  • Martha Didlake

    Instructor

    Martha has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. She has taught several formats including HIIT, Total Body Training, Les Mills BodyPump, TRX and Cycle classes. She is also a certified Personal Trainer with a Nutrition certificate and has trained individuals and small group trainings for 15 years. Over the last two years Martha has become passionate about the benefits of Pilates Reformer. She is proud to have completed her STOTTS Pilates Reformer certification and can’t wait to share her certification and years of knowledge with all of you. Originally from Connecticut, she moved to California in her 20’s with her love of living and promoting a healthy lifestyle. She loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, running, hiking and surfing when it’s warm!!

    Tawnya has an endless curiosity of people and the body. Her love for fitness and healthy living has always been a way of life. Tawnya began taking Pilates in 2004. She was looking for a gentle yet effective approach to gain core strength, balance and longer, leaner more toned muscles, Pilates was it! Having convinced several friends to go with her to Pilates, some even going on to become instructors. Tawnya realized it was time to become an instructor herself. Tawnya earned her certification as a Pilates Instructor through Club Pilates, working under Master Trainer Vanessa Johnson Huffman. Tawnya is known for balancing her cheerful encouragement with butt-kicking workouts, all the while keeping it fun. On a daily basis Tawnya is inspired by the changes she see’s in front of her as she watches people build strength and make health a priority. She enjoys working with people, learning and continually pursuing to further her education in Pilates and overall health and wellness.

    Jenny has always had a passion for maintaining a healthy body and mind. She first found her love of pilates 8 years ago after the birth of her second child. Through trialing numerous fitness programs, she found that pilates provided the physical results and balance in life she was lacking as a stay at home Mom. This discovery lead her to pursue a career as a Certified Pilates Instructor. In addition to her pursuing pilates she continued her education with a certification in Spin and TRX. She enjoys challenging herself and her clients to find a healthier body and mind.

    Danielle was born and raised in Southern California. She was first introduced to pilates in 2009 and instantly knew she was hooked! It was like nothing she had ever done before! She loves how it develops core strength and increases your sense of body awareness and control. Danielle decided to share her passion with others, and earned her certification as a Pilates Instructor through Club Pilates, also specializing in TRX, Barre, and Trigger-Point. Danielle brings a lot of positive energy to her classes and continues to challenge her clients while ensuring a balanced, full-body workout.

  • Monica Lodwig

    Instructor

    Monica began practicing Pilates over a decade ago; she immediately fell in love after seeing the difference Pilates made in her core strength, posture, overall health and fitness. Monica then decided that she wanted to share her passion with others and earned her Pilates teaching certification from Balanced Body University in 2010. Never satisfied, Monica continued her quest for excellence by getting TRX certified in 2011, “Spin” certified in 2012 and re-certified in 2016. Most recently, Monica has become an Instructor Trainer for Pilates Suspension Method working with creator Rebecca Beckler, traveling throughout the U.S. to share her PSM love with other instructors like herself. For the past nine years, Monica has been sharing her passion and expertise with her students while expanding her training programs to incorporate Pilates, Pilates Suspension Method, and Spin to produce excellent results for her students. It is Monica’s breadth of knowledge and training experience that allows her to offer a wide variety of effective and challenging workouts.

    Lizabet is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. She's worked in the fitness industry since the late nineties- as a personal trainer, a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) instructor, and a SUP yoga instructor. She's brought yoga classes to children in domestic violence shelters, led bicycle tours through New England, and taught senior fitness classes. She's trained and taught professional athletes, Olympians, adventure seekers, abused children, the de-conditioned, and senior citizens in their ninth decade of life, and she's loved every minute of it. She has a soft spot for those who are unfit or nervous about coming into a Pilates studio. Having lost nearly 100 lbs herself, she loves and lives the Club Pilates mantra- Pilates is for Every Body. When she's not teaching Pilates she enjoys surfing her longboard, beachcombing for shells, hiking, writing, taking classes at the local community college, and hanging out with her husband, thirteen year old son, and their rescue dog from Korea.

    Jasmine discovered Pilates while looking for an effective, low impact exercise that would help tone her body and provide proper stretching to complement other activities. After spending years behind a desk, Jasmine decided to leave her Corporate Marketing role and become a Pilates instructor. She had always dreamt of teaching others in some capacity, and she knew Pilates would keep her active, moving, and happy. Jasmine loves the energy her classes bring and the effort each member puts in when they enter the studio doors. She loves that Pilates is an effective way to get people moving and looks forward to continuing to help members reach their goals through Pilates

  • Kaitlyn Hurley

    Growing up as a dancer, Pilates has always played an important role in Kaitlyn’s life. It wasn’t until 2013 that she decided to complete the teacher training program through Mt. San Antonio College to further her Pilates training. Out of the program she received a job with Club Pilates Chino Hills. She recently moved to Costa Mesa and she has joined the Club Pilates RSM, Tustin and Newport teams! Pilates has changed her life and her favorite part of everyday is being able to interact with members and help them better their everyday lives through the Pilates method. She wants her clients to leave her classes feeling energized and ready to take on the day!

    Home Town: Manhattan Beach, California USA Lisa also holds a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Her enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their goals is what fueled her desire to keep expanding her fitness education over the past 15 years.
